Why Learn About Jesus, His Message or His Teachings?
With so many different "religious denominations" out there it is important to know which one is spreading the true gospel of Jesus Christ
Jesus Does Exists
Many Jewish, Roman and Christian writings all testify to the existence of Jesus with writings about Him existing as soon as 25 years after His death (Read the 4 Gospels in the New Testament and the Epistles by Paul). Many non-believers and believers who are scholars have found evidence that not only proved that Jesus did exists but that there's a case for His resurrection (Read the Case for the Resurrection of Jesus by Gary R. Habermas & Michael R. Licona).
He Is The Son of God
His own testimony that He is God testifies to His identity as the Son of God. His birth by the virgin Mary by the consummation of the Holy Spirit. He was proclaimed the Son of God before birth. While casting out demons the demons themselves addressed Him as the Son of God. John the Baptist affirmed that Jesus is the Son of God. His disciples provided eyewitness testimony that He is God & the Son of God and much more. (All found in the Bible).
He Died To Save You
If you can come to terms with the first two points then this shall be easier to accept. Because the Word of God in the Bible says "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." (John 3:16-17). Jesus loves you and He came and died to SAVE you from eternal death.
